Candidate application form

Data submitted in the candidate form is used only to review the application, contact the candidate and conduct the recruitment process. Providing data and consent is voluntary, but necessary to process the application.

Scope and retention

The form collects contact details, year of birth, availability, qualifications and motivation. Applications are kept only for as long as needed for recruitment and necessary organisational documentation, and then deleted or anonymised.

Hosting and technical data

The website is hosted by OVH. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, device information, connection date and time, and server logs to provide and secure the service.

Cookies and analytics

Essential local mechanisms support website settings. Google Analytics is loaded only after the user accepts analytics. The cookie choice is remembered for 24 hours.

Your rights

A person whose data is processed may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable law.
